I am obsessed with this spray! it doesn't leave my hair feeling heavy, smells amazing and keeps my hair look smooth and thick!
This is light-weight spray with a lovely scent that isn't too strong and it doesn't linger for too long. I like hair care products with a subtle fragrance, and I appreciate that this one isn't overly floral and the herbal notes are not sharp.I have been using this spray on dry hair and it doesn't weigh it down or leave an oily residue. I try to direct it to my scalp, but the spray is more like a mist than a targeted stream so plenty goes on my hair as well. It does feel very calming and it helps to soothe my dry, irritated scalp. The label mentions using this daily, but the product description suggests using it twice a day. After massaging it in for a few minutes, I do need to let my hair air-dry for a little longer before I brush and style it. No problem in the evenings, but it does add some time to my morning routine.I have long, baby-fine hair that essentially has no volume and I need to wash it every morning as it is just too flat and limp to try to skip a day. I am hoping this product will help thicken and strengthen my hair as well as stimulate growth. I've had this for several weeks and haven't really noticed much of a difference in the condition of my hair yet, or any new growth. The product description does mention results can take a couple of months, so I will keep using this. The spray is housed in an amber colored bottle made of high quality, rigid plastic. The smooth black cap and well-designed spray mechanism are also very nice for a high-end look. This spray is rather pricey, but don't need to use very much of this product per application. A couple of light sprays are plenty and give good coverage, so I think the 3.3 ounce bottle will last quite a while.
I like this thickening spray, it goes on lightly without leaving residue and does well with plumping and thickening the look of my hair at the crown. It won’t work literal miracles, but it improves my confidence at work.
I didn’t realize until I received this scalp spray that the brand is a Vietnamese one. The brand isn’t Coba’s but really Co Ba’s which if you’re Vietnamese has a deep meaning. The scalp spray releases as a mist. It does have a tea scent but it's not unpleasant or overbearing. My hair is typically oily and I didn’t notice this spray making it any more oily. One thing I did notice is that the English instructions on the box aren’t as detailed as what is printed in Vietnamese. The Vietnamese instructions direct you to use the spray on cleanly washed hair and to use it twice a day, morning and night. Like most scalp sprays, it will take a while for any improvements to be noticeable but I haven’t noticed any negative side effects from using the spray so I plan to keep using it until I finish the bottle.
I was a bit disappointed with the hair-thickening scalp spray, as it left my hair feeling greasy and heavily weighed down rather than adding thickness, it made my strands limp.I don't know if it promotes hair growth but I don't like the look and feel of using it so I probably won't find out.
