Refund policy
Every product that leaves our hands has been made with care. But if something isn't right, we want to make it right. This policy is here to be clear, fair, and as simple as possible, because that's what you deserve.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITYWe accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- In its original, sealed condition - unopened and unused
- All original packaging, components, and accessories intact

* Please note: We are not able to accept returns on opened or used products, as skincare is personal by nature. If you experienced a reaction, defect, or received the wrong item, please see Section 5 below, we handle those differently. |
2. NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or discounted items
- Opened or used products
- Gift sets where individual items have been opened
- Items returned beyond the 14-day window
3. HOW TO START A RETURN
Starting a return is simple. Please do not send items back without reaching out to us first, this helps us process everything smoothly on our end.
To initiate a return, email us at contact@cobasdaughter.com with:- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for your return
4. RETURN SHIPPPING
For standard returns, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We want to be upfront about that.
However, if your item arrived damaged, defective, or if we made an error with your order, that's on us. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label and take care of everything.5. RETURNING GIFT SETS
To process a full refund on a gift set, all items must be returned together in their original, unopened condition. This ensures everything can be accounted for and processed smoothly.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
You may choose between:- A refund to your original payment method
- Store credit, which never expires and can be applied to any future order

7. EXCHANGE
We don't currently have a formal exchange process in place. The simplest path is:
- Return the original item within 14 days of delivery (see Section 3)
- Place a new order for the product you'd love instead

8. MONEY BACK GURANTEEWe don't currently offer a money-back guarantee on opened products. Our 14-day return window applies to unopened, unused items only.
That said, if you experience a product issue such as a skin reaction, a defect, or damage on arrival, please contact us at contact@cobasdaughter.com with a photo and your order number. We will make it right.9. DAMAGED, DEFFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Email us at contact@cobasdaughter.com with:- Your order number
- The product name and lot/batch number (found on the packaging)
- A photo and clear description of the issue
We will respond promptly and ensure everything is handled with care at no cost to you.
