How long does standard shipping take?

Standard shipping within the continental US takes 2-5 business days. For Hawaii and Alaska, please allow up to 5-8 business days for delivery.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of $7 will be applied at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States, including the continental US, Hawaii, and Alaska.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We work quickly to get your order on its way, our fulfillment process begins almost immediately after you place it.

Please note that once an order is placed, we are unable to accommodate cancellations, changes to items, quantities, or shipping details at any stage. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming.

How do I track my order?

What is your return policy?

We want every ritual to feel right. If something isn't working for you, we accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, email us at contact@cobasdaughter.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll guide you through the process.

How do I initiate a return?

Starting a return is simple. Email us at contact@cobasdaughter.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • The reason for your return

Our team will respond within 24h with return instructions and next steps. We just ask that you reach out before sending items back, so we can make sure everything goes smoothly on our end.

What is the refund method?

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

You may choose between:

  • A refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit (which never expires and can be used toward any future order)

We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been issued.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

For standard returns, return shipping is arranged and covered by you, we want to be upfront about that.

That said, if your item arrived damaged, defective, or if we made an error with your order, that's completely on us. In those cases, we'll provide a prepaid return label and take care of everything, no questions asked.

Do I need to return gift sets with main products?

To process a full refund on a gift set, we do ask that all items are returned together in their original condition, this helps us ensure everything is accounted for and processed smoothly.

How long does a refund take to process?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

If you selected a refund to your original payment method, please allow an additional few days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit. Store credit is issued immediately upon approval. You'll receive a confirmation email either way.

Can I exchange for a different product or shade?

We'd love for you to find exactly the right ritual for you. While we don't have a formal exchange process in place yet, the easiest path is:

  1. Return the original item within 14 days of delivery
  2. Place a new order for the product you'd love instead

Do you have money back guarantee?

We don't currently offer a formal money-back guarantee on opened products. However, we do accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

If an unopened product isn't what you expected, return it within 14 days for a full refund to your original payment method or store credit.

We follow a strict no-animal-testing policy at every stage: formulation, ingredient sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution.

We believe beauty should never come at the expense of another living being and that belief is built into every product we make, not just printed on the label.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, every product in our range is vegan.

Every formula is carefully developed and reviewed to uphold that standard, not as a trend, but as a genuine commitment.

Do your products contain parabens or sulfates?

No, our products are formulated without parabens or sulfates.

We believe what goes on your skin matters as much as what goes in your body. Every ingredient is thoughtfully selected for both safety and performance, so your self-care rituals feel as good as they work.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Our formulations are developed with gentle, naturally derived ingredients designed to be kind to all skin types, sensitive skin included.

If your skin is particularly reactive, we recommend doing a small patch test first, apply a little to your inner wrist, wait 24 hours, and see how your skin responds. It's a simple step that helps you feel confident before using any new product.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our products are formulated to last:

  • Most products: 3 years from the manufacturing date (unopened)
  • Coffee Body Exfoliator: 2 years from the manufacturing date

Once opened, please refer to the PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on your product packaging for the recommended usage window. To preserve quality, store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

What products do you recommend for dry skin?

For skin that's craving moisture, start with our Aloe Soothing Gel, formulated with 99% pure Aloe Vera, Coconut Oil, and Glycerin to deeply hydrate, calm, and restore softness without any heaviness.

It works beautifully as a daily moisturizer for face and body, or as an after-shower ritual to lock in lasting comfort. Lightweight, non-sticky, and deeply nourishing, this one is made for skin that needs a little extra love.

* 99% pure Aloe Vera means the aloe content in the Aloe Barbadensis Leaf extract has a purity of up to 99%.

How much do I save with a subscription?

What are challenges?

Challenges are fun, easy daily brand activities that TYB members complete in exchange for coins. They're curated by the Coba's Daughter team and often include:

How do I redeem my coins?

Is there a minimum order to redeem coins?

No. Subscription orders are already discounted at 10% off, so TYB discount codes cannot be applied to subscription orders.

Can I stack my TYB discount with other promotions?

What happens to my coins if I return an order?

Coins earned from a returned order may be deducted from your balance. Please contact us or check the TYB app for details on how returns affect your coin balance.

How do I link my TYB account to my Coba's Daughter account?

Make sure the email address on your TYB account matches the email address on your cobasdaughter.com account exactly. A mismatch is the most common reason coins or rewards don't appear correctly.

I completed a challenge but didn't receive my coins. What should I do?
